Package Protection

In order to comply with the ‘Package Travel, Package Holidays & Package Tours Regulations 1992 generally known as ‘The Package Travel Regulations’ all and any payments made to Foresome Golf Ltd by our Customers are transferred without delay to the Foresome Golf Ltd Trustee Account

This Account is Maintained and Controlled by the Travel Trust Association Trustees (UK) Ltd whose Offices are located in Surrey, England. UK.

All and any Customers monies are held in trust by the Trustees on behalf of the Customer until such times as the monies are allowed to be released to Foresome Golf Ltd by the Trustees and in accordance with the said Regulations.
The normal situation is at the completion of the vacation package.

Foresome Golf Ltd is a Member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and whose Membership No. is: - U3913.

Please note that Travel Insurance is NOT included in the cost of any transaction that may take place between Foresome Golf Ltd and its Customers.
