The Fairmont St Andrews Scotland Package

Stay for Five (5) nights at the internationally renowned 5 Star Hotel and Golf resort the Fairmont St Andrews, Scotland located a few miles from St Andrews Town known as the ‘Home of Golf’

Sitting on the summit of a spectacular formation, the Hotel and its two championship style golf courses have breathtaking panoramic views of the River Tay estuary, the North Sea and the medieval skyline of St Andrews.

Play Golf over some of the best Golf courses in the area:-

Fairmont St Andrews (2 rounds), Kingsbarns, St Andrews New or Jubilee and Ladybank

Day 1
On your arrival to Scotland you will be met by your Foresome Golf representative who will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your preferred transportation for onward transfer to the Fairmont St Andrews Hotel (approx 2 hrs from Glasgow / 1 hr from Edinburgh).

On arriving you will be met by Hotel staff and offered a welcome ‘Dram’
Relax and enjoy your Dinner Buffet in the Hotels ‘Squire’ Restaurant
Thereafter and if you wish visit the Hotels Kittock’s Den bar for a wee night cap or two

Day 2
After a full Scottish breakfast, head out to the Kingsbarns Golf Links (approx 10 mins drive) This superb Links course is the first links course to be built on links land in over 70 years. Set out against the rugged coast line of the North Sea and St Andrews only a short distance away, a truly marvellous day out awaits.

On your return to your Hotel you can relax and reflect on the days adventures or spend some time walking through the Old Town of St Andrews (10 mins drive from the Hotel) with its many varied shops and bars

Your evening meal can be arranged either in one of the Hotels restaurants or a place of your choosing. (Foresome Golf or the Hotel can assist where necessary)

Day 3
Another hearty Scottish breakfast sees you ready to take on the challenge of two (2) rounds of Golf, one over the ‘Devlin’course and one over the ‘Torrance’ course.
Both courses are located at the Fairmont St Andrews Golf resort. Transport is provided by the Hotel for drop off there and back

A light lunch will be offered in the Bay Clubhouse with its cliff top setting and stunning panoramic views over both courses, the North Sea and the medieval skyline of St Andrews.

The evening is yours to dine either in the Hotel or a place of your own choosing

Day 4
After another fine Scottish breakfast Transport will be on hand to convey you to the
Ladybank Golf Club (approx 30 mins drive)

Ladybank is used as a Final Qualifier for the ‘Open’. It’s said that on a fine summer’s day there is no finer place on earth. This is a course of outstanding quality and rare beauty.

On your return to the Hotel, enjoy your evening meal either in the Hotel or at a place of your own choosing

Day 5
Final days Golf. After breakfast you will be driven the short distance to the St Andrews New (or Jubilee) Golf course. From the Club house you can admire the panoramic views over the ‘Old Course’

After your round of Golf sit in the Club House Swilken Bar and enjoy a Dram or two before returning to the Hotel in preparation for your evening meal in either the Squire or Esperante ‘Fine Dining’ Restaurant

Day 6
All good things must come to an end. After breakfast your preferred Transport will transfer you to your departure Airport

• 5 Nights accommodation based on the Fairmont King or Twin Room sharing with en-suite facilities
• Full Scottish Breakfast daily
• 2 Evening meals (3 courses) must be taken in the Hotel
• 5 Rounds of Golf as stated
• Lunch at St Andrews Bay Clubhouse
• Transport to / from Airport plus to / from all Golf courses stated
• Porterage charges.

• Travel to and from Scotland
• Travel insurance to cover loss in the event of illness or theft of baggage, etc. (trip insurance).
